Books On Wheels

Ovie Brume

Our Books on Wheels (BOW) programme comprises a mobile reading book club and a spelling club. It is an integrated community literacy enhancement initiative focused on improving literacy levels in public primary schools in the area.

BOW seeks to improve the literacy skills of pupils and inculcate a reading culture in them. To date, the project has reached over 800 pupils who have recorded a demonstrable improvement in their literacy skills.
