On 2nd February, 2018, the Ovie Brume Foundation played host to international recording artist and humanitarian, Vanessa Mdee. The Executive Director, Adeola Awogbemi and Head of Programs, Taofeek Adeleye welcomed the international artist and took her on a tour of the Foundation.
Vanessa Mdee’s visit to the Foundation afforded her the opportunity to learn about the Foundation and its activities. As part of the planned activities, Vanessa Mdee met with the Foundation’s Youth Centre members and spoke to them about believing in their vision regardless of challenges they may face. Vanessa shared with the members, how she rose from poverty to become a renowned changemaker in her generation.
